The Peace Rally Jam is a youth-led project.  The Peace Rally Jam will consists of nonviolence activities such as creating positive messages and nonviolence messages on badge buttons, t-shirts, and posters. Also, there will be games such as scavenger hunt, ring toss game, and poetry reading contest. Every attendees will receive a “Stay Safe “badge button and ask to sign the peace pledge banner. There will be refreshment, entertainment, and prizes. There will be resource tables available for businesses, community organizations and CAP (police department) sharing their resources and safe information to the community residents. Parents, seniors and youth will receive community resource information such as upcoming afterschool programs, medical services, and community services in the Chicago areas. The event will be held in the Austin community.
